MLS# LSA6128761 - 529 315th Ave Frederic, WI 54837

Rare opportunity to own 20 acres of majestic, mature forest adjacent to McKenzie Creek Wildlife Area, with a seasonal creek running through the property. Interesting geodesic structure that could be used as a bunkhouse, hunting shack, or deluxe deer stand; it is in disrepair but could be functional with some work. A privy sits near this structure but has been neglected for years, along with a couple of storage sheds. The value is in the property. Easy access with new, freshly cut trails into the property and around the buildings will help you explore this opportunity. An easement benefits the adjacent neighbor to the north; see aerial photos. Nature lovers and hunters, this is one that you should check out. Enjoy life North of the Tension on this private and peaceful, well-wooded property with 100s of acres of free land beyond the property lines!
